1. Shipment Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Please note that during high-volume periods or festivals, processing time may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your products reach you safely.

Delivery Time: Depending on your location, the delivery time is generally between 2 to 7 business days.

• Metropolitan cities: 2-4 business days.
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship only within India.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a complete residential or commercial address for smooth delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification containing your Tracking Number. You can track the status of your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

We take great care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit:

• Please inform us within 24-48 hours of receiving the package.

• We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or a refund.

7. Taxes & Customs

Since we only ship within India, there are no international customs duties applicable. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified at checkout.
