RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

At Gajanan Print Solutions, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns/replacements only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please initiate your return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email/WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

In cases where a replacement is preferred, we will ship the new item at no extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized print products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part during printing.
